MARIA "RE" BOLOGNA DIVINCENTI '67
Maria "Re" Bologna DiVincenti has been named Sacred Heart School's 2011 - 2012 Distinguished Graduate. The mother of two and the grandmother of three (with one more on the way!), Re serves on Sacred Heart of Jesus Council of Ministries and is the lay director of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. She serves on the board of the Baton Rouge CYO Center and was named a 2003 outstanding alumnae at St. Joseph's Academy. She was awarded the Mother Seton Award from SHS in 1993 and SJA in 1998.
ALEX DEMAS '01
Alex Demas received his master's degree in International Environmental Policy from American University and is working in the Office of Communications at the U.S. Geological Survey Headquarters in Reston, Virginia.
CHELSEA COLOMB '03
Chelsea Colomb has been named the Director of Religion Education at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. She continues to serve as youth ministry director of the parish and is a senior at LSU.
STEPHEN WHATLEY '02
Stephen Whatley graduated from the Baton Rouge Police Department's 77th Basic Academy on January 9. He has been partnered with a veteran officer in the Field Training Program.
LIZZIE COSSÉ '03
Lizzie Cossé graduated summa cum laude from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, in May. She received a B.A. degree and the Outstanding Scholarship Award as the senior receiving teacher certification with the highest cumulative scholastic average. She was also elected to Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges & Universities. Lizzie is a fifth grade teacher in the Jackson Public Schools District.
JASON PETERS '03
Jason Peters graduated from Georgia Tech in 2010 with a degree in Management. A defensive end for the Yellow Jackets football team, Jason is continuing his studies at Georgia Tech while playing out his eligibility. Jason is featured on the team's promotional posters and in an interview with Wes Durham on You Tube.
CHRIS DEMAS
Chris Demas in a senior Music Education major at LSU. During the summer of 2011, he marched in The Cadets of Allentown, Pennsylvania, a marching corps unde the umbrella of Drum Corps International. The Cadets won the 2011 CDI World Championship, their 10th win since 1983.
MADELINE HARRIS '06
Madeline Harris was presented as a debutante by Baton Rouge Assembly in December. She is a freshman at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina, where she is a Hintemyer Scholar and a member of the Abbey Players, Campus Activities Board and participates in intramural sports.
ELAINE VIDRINE '06
Elaine Vidrine, a sophomore at LSU, was selected to be a part of Leading Streak, a student leadership organization. She recently planned a silent auction for the philantrhopy of her sorority, Delta Gamma. She will be presented as a debutante at the Bacchus Ball in the spring of 2012. She is studying public relations.

Cymberly Dickerson was presented as a debutante by the Baton Rouge Delta Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority on Saturday, August 13. She graduated from St. Joseph's Academy in May.

Zachary Freeman graduated from Catholic High School in May and is now attending Duke University. He was named an Advanced Placement Scholar.

Jenny Ladmirault was named the co-valedictorian of Redemptorist High School's Class of 2011. She is now a freshman at LSU.

Daniel Gates, a senior at Catholic High School, has been named a National Merit Semifinalist.

Raven Anderson a senior at St. Joseph's Academy, was named an Advanced Placement Scholar.
EMILY BARBIN '08
Emily Barbin, a freshman at the University of Texas at Austin, was named an Advanced Placement Scholar for her senior year at St. Joseph's Academy.
ELIZABETH DUNLAP '08
Elizabeth Dunlap was named an Advanced Placement Scholar for her senior year at St. Joseph's Academy. She is a freshman at Vanderbilt University.
CLASS OF '09 - CSAL BASKETBALL
Five members of the SHS Class of '09 and the Lady Tigers CSAL basketball team enjoyed a mini reunion on December 6. The young ladies - Candace Allen, Journee Beard, Taylor Morrison, Camille Comeaux and Glynn Auburn O'Neill -are all juniors and members of their high school basketball teams (Beard, Morrison and O'Neill with St. Michael's and Allen and Comeaux with St. Joseph's). The two teams squared off at St. Michael's gym, with the home team garnering the win. Rivalry melted away after the game as the former Tigers enjoyed visiting with each other and with their former Coach Al Mancuso.
GRAHAM GARDNER
Graham Garder, a sophomore at Catholic High School, was named to The Advocate's All-Metro Swimming squad. He claimed second place in the 50-yard freestyle at the Capital City Swim League Championship meet.
MARY KATHERINE MILLER '10
Mary Katherine Miller was selected to The Advocate's 2011 All-Metro Swimming squad. A sophomore at St. Joseph's Academy, she claimed Capital City Swim League Championship titles in the 200 individual medley and the 100 butterfly.
CONNOR FUTCH
Connor Futch was named to The Advocate's 2011 All-Metro Swimming squad. He placed third in the 500-yard freestyle at the Capital City Swim League Championships. He is a freshman at Catholic High School.
