Medication Information
If your child needs a dose of medicine during school hours, you must first submit a completed medication form THAT INCLUDES A SIGNATURE FROM HIS/HER DOCTOR OR DENTIST. The medicine must be supplied to the nurse in the prescription container with the student's name on it. For your convenience, we are posting our medication policy, along with a medication administration form. We are also including a form to be completed for our cafeteria staff to be aware of any special needs of your child. After downloading and completing the forms, please return them to the Nurse's Station. |

Tardiness
The first bell rings at 8:30 a.m. Students who arrive at school after morning assembly and prayer have begun are considered tardy. These students must report to the main office for a tardy slip before going to their classroom. Early Learning Center (ELC) parents are to come to the main office with the child to get a tardy slip before the child goes to class. The tardy is considered "excused" only if the student presenets a written note from a doctor or dentist. If a student has six (6) or more "unexcused" tardy arrivals in a nine-weeks period, the parents will be contacted and for a conference with the principal. |
