Guidance Counselor

School Counseling

The counseling program at Sacred Heart is committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where every student feels valued, heard, and encouraged to succeed. Our program supports the social, emotional, and academic development of each student while helping them reach their full potential.

Our school counselor is here to support all students through individual and small-group counseling, classroom guidance, academic support, and parent consultation. She works closely with students to listen, understand their concerns, and help them navigate challenges so they can have a positive and successful school experience.

Counseling support may address a variety of topics, including responsibility, friendship, bullying, self-esteem, anxiety, social skills, respect, and other personal or school-related concerns. When appropriate, our counselor can also assist students and families in identifying additional mental health resources and support services.

Our counselor works collaboratively with students, families, teachers, the principal, and assistant principal to address concerns and help resolve challenges. Through this collaborative approach, we strive to ensure that every student has the support and resources they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
